Color BFF is a digital product that is delivered instantly, so purchases are final, except when something doesn't work.
If a technical problem stops you from getting what you paid for, we'll fix it or give you a full refund. For example:
Email hello@colorbff.com within 14 days of your purchase with the email address you used at checkout and a short description of the problem. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
We don't offer refunds if you simply disagree with your color season or change your mind after using the test. Results depend on lighting, camera and your own choices, so you can retake the test as many times as you like.
