Color BFF is built so your face stays with you. This policy explains what we do and do not collect.
The live camera and any photo you choose are processed entirely in your browser, on your phone or computer. They are never uploaded to us or to anyone else, and they are never saved. Face detection runs on your device. When you close or leave the page, or tap "Delete my photo", they are gone. Images and videos you create are only saved if you choose to save or share them yourself.
We do not keep your photos, your video or your test answers, and we do not require an account.
To check that results are accurate and balanced, we count which season each test gives. If you choose to answer, we also count whether the result felt right and the season a professional analyst gave you. These counts contain only season names and the date. They are not linked to you, your photo, your device or your payment.
If you pay, Stripe processes the payment and collects your payment details and email address under the Stripe Privacy Policy. We receive a record of the payment (such as the amount, date and email address) but never your full card number. We use it to provide access, answer support requests and meet legal and tax requirements.
Your browser remembers whether you have paid, so you don't pay twice, and small preferences such as your chosen frame shape. This stays on your device and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
To run, the site loads code, fonts and on-device face models from Vercel (our host), Google Fonts, jsDelivr and Google's model storage. Like any website, these services receive basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type. They never receive your camera feed or photos.
Color BFF is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
You can delete your photo at any time with "Delete my photo", clear your browser data, or email us to ask about the payment information we hold.
